Will Nocioni be able to slow down Shawn Marion tonight?
![]()
I’m devastated that my Hoops record has dropped below the 20 games over .500 mark, but tonight I will change that…and hopefully finally update the Bowl Spectacular. While I apologize about the delay, it’s my frickin money you’re winning so just be thankful I made it though the Holidays alive. 3 NBA winners fellas, including the Bulls/Suns contest…Let’s roll www.insideplays.com
PHOENIX SUNS (-4) @ CHICAGO BULLS
The Bulls smallish lineup has looked solid against the weak frontcourts in the east, but running and jumping with Amare Stoudemire and Shawn Marion may cause Skiles’s squad some problems. In addition, while the Bulls have played a much faster pace this season, Phoenix is at another level and will force the youngsters at the United Center into too many turnovers….Suns by 8-12 points
SAN ANTONIO SPURS (-3.5) @ CLEVELAND CAVALIERS
While the Spurs seem to play down to their competition more often than they should, tonight’s match-up against King James will bring out the best in Pop’s crew. Duncan will want to prove he’s still an MVP candidate, Bruce Bowen will want to prove he’s still the best perimeter defender in the league, and Parker & Ginobili will quietly show their the deadliest duo playing off a superstar in the NBA. Oh yeah…and the Cavs start Eric Snow at the point…Spurs by 6-12 points
GOLDEN ST WARRIORS (-4) @ NEW ORLEANS HORNETS (@ OK CITY)
The Hornets are without 4 out of their top 5 scorers, and recently signed journeyman Devin Brown to be there go-to-guy…No Joke! While the Warriors are dealing with the latest injury to Jason Richardson and have not played well of late, I’ll take me chances with Baron Davis matched-up against Jannero Pargo tonight...Warriors by 8-12 points
