Dirk looks more focused this year than in the past!
After watching the Spurs mount a 20 point lead, it was rather disappointing to watch their bench casually piss it away with more disregard than the time I pissed on the coffee table (full of bills) that my girl had just prepared to mail. While I can bitch about that game, watching the Wade’less Heat go on a 27-0 run in the first quarter against the Knicks was a more embarrassing play than the time I bet someone that Bam Morris would be a Top-10 running back for years to come…well, at least he was a Top-10 RB when it came to providing half the nation with the Wacky terbacky. So enough whining about my 1-2 performance last night, you guys all know another undefeated evening is right around the corner. I’ve got 5 more for ya…and probably at least one or two gratuitous photos that will make you smile…www.insideplays.com

Hopefully the Hornets don't piss away a lead tonight!
NO/OK HORNETS (+3) @ PHILADELPHIA 76ERS
The Hornets are starting to get healthy with the return of David West (22.5 ppg, 11.5 rpg the last 2 games) and Bobby Jackson (14.5 ppg the last 2 games) and actually got some remarkable play from their role players when the injury bug was running more ramped than a case of crabs in the locker room at Medieval Times. In addition, Byron Scott has done a phenomenal coaching job while Mo Cheeks doesn’t seem to do much more than clap his hands…Hornets by 4-10 points

Jenna was pissed I couldn't find a picture of T.T. Boy!
DENVER NUGGETS (-3) @ SEATTLE SUPERSONICS
A.I. and Carmelo looked more compatible in their first game together than T.T. Boy and Jenna Jameson in “WEAPONS OF MASS SEDUCTION”. No need to worry about a letdown for the Nuggets on a back-to-back as they continue to try to mesh all the star power on the roster. As for the Sonics, they’ve got Jesus Shuttlesworth and…Damian Wilkens leading the charge tonight…Nuggets by 6-12 points.
DALLAS MAVERICKS (-6) @ ORLANDO MAGIC
I love how the Magic have played this season, but an above average team in the East is merely the T-Wolves or Clippers in the West. As I’ve written before, the Mavs look determined not lose another contest this season and I have no idea who’s going to match-up with Dirk “The German” Diggler (Battie or Darko) or Josh Howard (Grant Hill or Hedu). The Magic got great play from Hill last night, but I’m guessing he’s not going to look as fresh on the back-to-back…Mavs by 9-15 points
VIRGINIA TECH HOKIES (-6) @ MIAMI HURRICANS
The Hokies are loaded with veteran guards from Florida who are looking to avenge their poor performance in their home-state against the Seminoles. Overall, the #23 ranked Hokies have won 5 out of 6, included a victory at Duke and at home against Maryland. As for the Canes, they’ve lost 7 of 9 including their last 3 by at least 19 points each…Hokies by 9-15 points
ST. PETER’S PEACOCKS @ MARIST RED FOXES (-15)
As you can tell, I’m a closet Red Fox fan and I especially love them coming home after a 3-game road trip where they lost their last contest. Marist’s superstar senior guards (Jordan 18.8 ppg , Wittington 16.9 ppg) shot a combined 11-38 in their loss to Canisius, but should have a much easier time on their home court against the 3-15 Peacock squad. Marist actually played St. Peter’s on the road earlier in the year and won by 19. Oh yeah, and mom told me always to play against at team named the PEACOCKS…Red Foxes by 20-26 points
G. GAMBLE’S HOOP TOTALS- NBA 58-35 ATS ; NCAA 21-14 ATS

Floss told me to check this site out and while I would NEVER bet on some of this info ( I do pretty well with my own picks-College football ACE!) he was right about one thing. This site is very entertaining! As long as I think I might see a beaver shot I will be back on a regular basis!
