I’ve been writing all season that Rex Grossman is a bum…a short, slow bum with small hands! I know Da Bear defense was easier to move the ball on then trying to move around at our kick-ass party on Saturday…but please don’t try to convince me that Sexy Rexy is ever going to be the answer. BTW…besides picking winners, I also spend my off-time making wads of cash for my Homeboy’s bar! I’ve got a new special for the Clybar…it’s called hang out with Greg Gamble and Adam Orvi. Anywho, I’m having trouble focusing today after the weekend extravaganza but I do have a few picks for ya. Thanks again for all the Tequila shots this weekend and to the half dozen people that come-up to me asking if I knew who Greg Gamble was! If you don’t know…now you know
UNI is starting to taste some success
NORTHERN IOWA PANTHERS (-3.5) @ INDIANA STATE LARRY BIRDS
After suffering their first 3 game losing streak that my old-azz can remember, the Panthers bounced back with a nice 8 point victory at Evansville on Saturday. As for the Larry Bird’s, they’ve lost 7 in-a-row, including Saturday’s 29 point blow-out at home to Missouri State, and seem to be fading faster than Bobby Brown’s bank account…UNI by 8-14 points
The Red Foxes should roll tonight!
MARIST RED FOXES (-2.5) @ RIDER BRONCS
The Red Foxes are like crack to me…no matter how bad I know it is for me, I just can’t put the pipe down! With that said, Marist is 16-7 this year and beat the conference leaders (Loyola MD) by 5 on Saturday, while Rider lost to previously 0-22 Iona on the same day and lost to the Foxes by 16 on January 5th. In addition, with the law of averages…I cannot see how I can loose on Marist for a third time in-a-row…Rojo Foxes by 6-12 points
