Although I have a better winning percentage with college hoops(5-2) than any other sport of mine, I just can’t put all my focus on the roundball until after Jan. 1 when most of football has put away the pads for the season. So today I bring you JoPa and Papa Bill, and you better believe that they’ll be puttin’ some lettuce in my pocket today. Good luck today fellas!

When you have two straps holding it together it's never a bad thing!

Penn State -5.5 @ Texas A&M

Normally I would lean toward the team with a running game in a bowl game like this, but this one has too many other variables. Two of them stick out, the Franchione drama which led to a big let down in the back half of the season is very prominent, but more important to me is the best friggin’ linebacking tandem in the nation are wearing Nittany Lions colors today. On the offensive side of the ball Morelli is poised to have a solid exiting party as he gets ready for the combines. JoPa gets another W today, Lions by 10.

If you look hard enough you will find the Pats colors in there somewhere.

New England -14 @ New York

We all know that Coach Bill has his team as focused as they have been all year and they have proven that ice runs through the veins of every single player. I see the Pats getting out 14-0 in the first, Eli & the rest of the Giants have a vision into the future that shows Eli still sucking in 2010, and Coffman being stubborn by not pulling his starters cuz he would rather have respect of the coaches for not giving up than to not have his starters flounder. I strongly believe that today’s story will be about the NE defense and how they will completely dismantle Eli and his front five. Pats by 24.

Home whites and Teasers are as smooth as this roundball fan!

Wisconsin @ Texas teased to -4

Too many athletes versus too many no jumping chest passers to keep this one close. I like it straight up so it makes my taint tingle with an extra 4. Don’t mess with Texas this year. Longhorns by 10.

San Diego @ Kentucky teased to -8

Many have already given up on Kentucky, but don’t get confused with the 5-5 record. This is simply a new coach working through his players trying to find the right combinations, against several tough ball clubs to boot. Kentucky will find its groove today against a squad that is called the Toreros that have lost handily to bad ball clubs. Wildcats by 15.
