NEW YORK KNICKS @ UTAH JAZZ (-13)
Isiah’s band of overpriced garbage hasn’t been blown-out from start to finish on this West Coast trip yet…which means their due to mail one in. Especially after playing last night in front of the hotties of Hollywood (lost by 11 to the Lakeshow), you think Eddy “Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger” Curry and Zach “Baby-Fat” Randolph are excited about heading to Utah? With Sloan’s screen-happy disciplined offense, not to mention the cold-azz weather, I have a feeling we’ll be seeing the Jazz run lay-up drills while the Knicks watch Jamal Crawford and Nate Robinson cast from downtown. More importantly, with addition of Ashton Korver and a healthy AK-47, Sloan is still analyzing how to divvy up the minutes so expect the bench to play with even more fire than normal and extend the double digit lead throughout the 4th quarter. And finally…
And Finally, the Jazz covering will be much easier than it is for our friend to cover these!...Jazz by 18-22 points
NEBRASKA HUSKERS (+4.5) @ MISSOURI TIGERS
The Tigers will be without there leading scorer & assists-man Stefhon Hannah, as well as, 4-other major contributors after Coach Mike Anderson suspended them after nightclub brawl last weekend. Tonight, they face an 11-6 Nebraska squad desperate for their 1st Big-12 win (0-4). While that may scare some, they’ve lost to Kansas twice, Baylor by 2, and beat Oregon in non-conference action earlier this year…Huskers by 4-8 points
MEMPHIS TIGERS (-9.5) & HOUSTON COUGARS
While the Cougars are 15-3, the only time they've played a ranked opponent this year they lost at home by 14 (#24 Arizona on Jan 12). Not to mention, their leading rebounder is 6-6 and their top-scorer (19.8 ppg) shoots 38% from the field…Tigers by 14-18 points
