With Gilbert out, Caron's been on a mission!
HOUSTON ROCKETS @ WASHINGTON WIZARDS (-2.5)
While the Mr. Ming finally was able to carry the Rockets to back-to-back wins Friday in Orlando and Saturday at home to the Div. II Knickerbockers, I still believe that a starting line-up of Alston, Head, Battier, & Hayes will eventually catch-up to Adelman’s McGardy’less squad. In addition, while Yao was awesome at the end of last week, they played a rough schedule (4 games in 6 nights) and finally had some home-cooking and Isiah to ease their mind…you think their looking forward to another trip to the northeast? Not to mention, with Antonio Daniels back running the point, besides a loss to Detroit, they’ve murdered a couple bottom-feeders (@ Milw by 24 & Seattle by 22) and have regain their “We don’t need Agent 0”-swagger. Tonight, look for Jamison to exploit Hayes & Scola inside-n-out, while Caron continues his dominance against Bonzi & weird looking head of Shane Battier….Wizards by 6-12 points

If she's wearin' Nets colors...that has to be an ATS sign!
NEW JERSEY NETS (-2) @ CHARLOTTE BOBCATS
Just as the swagger has hit the Gilbert’less Wiz, after some early season struggles and rumors that their superstar wanted-out, the Nets have won 5-straight and Mr. “Joumana abuses me worse than a long-range jumpshot” Kidd is coming off back-to-back triple-double performances. One of the biggest reasons for their turnaround has been the insertion of the young kids in the frountcourt (Josh Boone & Sean Williams have averaged a combined 24 pts, 17 reb, & 4 blk over the last two) and the re-emergence of Nachbar off the bench ( 12 ppg & 40-3pt% over the last five). As for the Cats O’ Bob, they’ve lost 7 of 8 and currently have the worst bench in the league. I know they only lost by 6 in NJ this past Friday, but that was after they jumped-out to 10-point lead in the 1st quarter...you think the rejuvenated vets of NJ will let that happen again…Nets by 5-9 points

I think she's on a Pirate Ship...must be another ATS sign!
SETON HALL PIRATES (+17) @ MARQUETTE WARRIORS
The Pirates have been one of the surprise teams this year rolling-up 10 wins through their 1st 14 games, and have one of the best YMCA-style ballers you’ve never heard of in 6-5 Sr. Brian Laing (20 ppg, 8 rpg, 50 fg%). While loaded at the guard position with some solid talent, the downfall for the Hall has been their lack of depth in the frontcourt. Tonight, that shouldn’t be a problem with the guard oriented Warriors squad on the docket. While playing at Marquette is never fun, starting with a 17-point never hurts…Marquette by 8-12 points
