Did you know Jose has the best Ass-TO ratio in the NBA?

This is a huge trap game for the Pistons with a showdown with the Three Amigos in Beantown tomorrow. In addition, the veteran Pistons have already played twice this week and may not be their typical, focused-self playing across the border tonight. As for the Raptors, they’ve been a streaky team all season and sit smack-dab in the middle of the Eastern Conf, but are coming-off an impressive victory against the red-hot Hornets in New Orleans Monday. In the absence of T.J. Ford, Jose Calderon has been ridiculously efficient with almost an 8 to 1 assist-to-turnover ratio, shooting at a 40% clip from behind the arc, and 51% overall. Combine that with the Bosh’s 25 ppg & 11 rpg over the last five and some solid defenders on the wing, and I see the Rap-of-Tor pulling out a straight-up victory…Raptors by 3-7 points

I have plenty more...better "Continue Reading" below!

Yao would rather take the night-off than bang with Dwight

After a blowing a lead-late to NJ at home Wednesday, I’m looking for the Magic to snap out of their inconsistent-funk with a resounding victory tonight. With T-Mac out, The Ming’anotor has performed admirably in two losses this week, but has looked tired and only has a banged-up Bonzi Wells to help with the scoring load. Throw-in having to bang with the Freakchild known as Dwight All-night , and I expect Ming to be looking at Mutombo for assistance by halftime…only to have the vet wave his finger in disapproval…Magic by 8-12 points

Not everybody can have a perfect thigh...Redd - quest/thigh

Michael Redd didn’t practice after removing himself from Hump Day’s game and is questionable for tonight (thigh)…if he’s out, it’s a virtual lock the over-achieving Wizards roll tonight. Even if he’s suits-up, with PF Antonio Daniels back from injury (18 pts & 1 turnover Wed.) the Wiz are much more efficient on O and do a much better job of getting Butler & Jamison plenty of easy looks. Especially with Yi Jianlian matching-up with Antawn tonight, look for plenty of defense breakdowns that lead to wide-open jumpers on the perimeter for the DC boys…Wizards by 4-8 points

With Tinsley laid-up, the Pacers have not looked this good

The Hawks have played just about everybody tough for the past few weeks and are coming-off a solid performance on Wed. in 4-point loss to King James. For the 1st time since Spud Webb was sporting his Pony Shoes, the young Hawks are in the thick of the playoff race and have been playing with much more discipline and defense prowess. As for the Pacers, they have looked abyssal of late losing 5-straight, including an 18-point embarrassment to the Grizzlies at home. Especially with Tinsley out and nobody to run the point, Jermaine O’Neal seems a couple days away from resorting to a nagging injury and will not look forward to banging with Al Horford or jumping with Josh Smith. To top things-off, the defensively-challenged Dunleavy with be stuck trying to stop Joe Johnson, while Danny Granger won’t be able to exploit the combination of Marvin Williams, Josh Smith, & the underrated Josh Childress…Hawks in an upset

When the Mavs are hot, their prettier than the classic whites!

The Mavs finally put it altogether on Wed with 22-point victory against the Warriors, and seemed destined for dominate run over the next few weeks. While Howard & Nowitski can be a lethal combo and Stack always finds away to get to the line, with a healthy Dampier playing D and Devin Harris’s expanding offensive game the Mavs have plenty of weapons to destroy the bottom-half of the league. As for the Heat, add D-Wade to expanding injury report (prob-shoulder) that leaves Coach LA Looks without a Center, PG, and forces Luke Jackson to actually garner minutes outside of the NBDL. Expect Avery to let Devin Harris & Jason Terry run wild on the banged-up Chris “I wouldn’t be playing on any other team” Quinn and let J-Howard abuse Luke J & rookie Daequan Cook every time they step on the floor….Mavs by 15-19 points
