If this guy's gettin' big-time run in NBA games, go the otha way!

NEW JERSEY NETS (-3.5) @ MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES
Watching the Grizzlies last night, in-between my dominating performance in Men’s League Hoops, it’s clear they are by-far the worst team on the professional hardwood. Even with Gasol playing and Mike Miller (doubtful) healthy they were a bottom-5 squad in the Association, now, with Kwame Brown & Brian Cardinal in their place I’d be surprised if they won more than 3 games the rest of the way. And tonight, on a back-to-back after getting rolled by the JV Bulls…please. As for the Nets, while they played in San Antonio last night, since their holding onto the final playoff spot in the East I can’t see how they don’t bring more passion than the Grizz. Especially with...

I was all smiles too when I saw the Nets line this morning

Especially with the infusion of PG Devin Harris (since trade: 18 ppg, 5 apg, 40-3pt%), PG Marcus Williams wanting to prove he’s still a special talent (16 pts last night), and RJ & Vinsanity wanted to prove they don’t need Joumana’s punching-bag to win, I actually think the Nets are better than before. Nets roll easily tonight and make a nice push over the next few weeks…Nets by 8-12 points

Top-to-Bottom, the Hurricanes roster doesn't have many flaws

BOSTON COLLEGE EAGLES @ MIAMI (FLA) HURRICANES (-8.5)
The Hurricanes have been playing some of the best basketball of late in the ACC, especially at home where they’ve beaten Duke, Maryland, & Virginia. Not to mention, they might be the deepest team in the league with a 9-player rotation getting big-time minutes. Most of their struggles early in the year dealt with meshing the youngsters and veterans, but now, they’re playing unselfishly and shooting lights-out from downtown. Tonight, they face a Boston College squad that has lost 10 of 11 and coming off a 10-point home loss to UNC that I’m guessing was their last “Us Against The World”- game. The Golden Eagles only have one option on offense, as seen in G Tyrese Rice’s 46-point outburst over the weekend where only one other player made more than 2 buckets (Shamari Spears – 8 points). While the 6-1 Rice can catch fire, the Hurricans have a plethora of guards (more so than UNC) that will rotate on the Jr. all-night. In addition, this is Miami’s final home game of the season so expect the place to be rocking and the players to be hyped…Hurricanes by 14-18 points

In my humble opinion, Bears & Asians are undervalued!

TEXAS A&M AGGIES @ BAYLOR BEARS (-2)
This is a game where Vegas shifts the line not because of whose better, but because of who the general public thinks is better. The Bears have won 3-straight, beat A&M at their place in OT earlier in the year, and are ranked higher in Big 12. As for the Aggies, they’ve lost 4 of their last 5, including Saturday’s debacle against an average Oklahoma squad where they only mustered 37 points, and only have three wins on the road all year. What else you want besides the fact that it’s on ESPN2 and perfect way to finish-off a 3-0 night…Bears by 7-11 points
