Trust me Homeboys, Mr. Hill will be playin' in the Association!
IUPUI JAGUARS (+3) @ ORAL ROBERTS GODLEN EAGLES
Not only do the Jaguars have best guard in the nation you’ve never heard of in 6-2 Jr. George Hill, but IUPUI as an entire team can be considered the best shooting squad in the nation (3rd in the nation in FG%, 2nd in the nation in 3pt%). As for do-everything superstar George Hill (21 ppg, 7 rpg, 4 apg), I’ve never seen an attacking guard with shooting %s that are Double-Dribble automatic (55 fg%, 81ft%, 45 3pt%). Throw-in two starting wings that shoot a combined 90 ft% & 44 3pt%, and a pair of 6-7 frontcourt workhorses that rebound and shoot almost 60% from the field, and I’d be shocked if the Jaguars aren’t heading to the Big Dance. While IUPUI (26-6) overall has better record than Oral Roberts (23-8)...

Always trust the team who's superstar has the complete package
While IUPUI (26-6) overall has better record than Oral Roberts (23-8), the Jaguars have a game advantage in Summit League play and have their own backcourt gem in 5-11 Jr. Robert Jarvis (16 ppg, 2 apg, 41 3pt%). Unfortunately, Jarvis played his 1st game yesterday after sitting out the past three with an ankle injury, so don’t be surprised if he looks a little gimpy on a back-to-back. Also, Oral Roberts has only won 3 of their last 5 games, while the red-hot Jaguars who have won 13 of 14 and the last meeting between the two. I’m guessing this is a close contest early, but expect the long-range efficiency of the Jags to pull-out a nice victory for IUPUI…Jaguars by 7-11 points

Don't turn your back on the MTST Fellaz...they're white hot!
MIDDLE TENN ST RAIDERS (+9) @ W. KENTUCKY HILLTOPPERS
Seems like an awful lot of points for a Blue Raiders squad that just knocked-off #1 seed South Alabama in their building by almost double-digits. MTST’s three-guard offense was unstoppable last night as the three-Jr’s dropped 63 pts, 16 rebs, 11 ass, & 7 steals. Even more amazing, the Raiders won with leading scorer (6-7 F Yates: 16 ppg & 5 rpg) and starting pivot (6-10 C Hudson: 9 ppg & 6 rpg) in foul trouble the entire night. As for the Hilltoppers, while they have a superstar in 6-5 Courtney Lee (21 ppg & 5 rpg) and a pair of Sr. guards that can light-up the box score, their bigs have been inconsistent and should have trouble stopping MTST’s Desmond Yates who has averaged 17 ppg against WK this year…the Hilltoppers by 2-6 points

Raise your arms if u think SJST will cover 6!
LOUISIANA TECH BULLDOGS @ SAN JOSE ST SPARTANS (-5.5)
While the Bulldogs (6-23) closed the regular season with a victory over the Spartans (12-18) in Louisiana, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the box score. In victory, the Bulldogs were out-rebounded 41-19 and 18-4 on the offensive glass. With some early season injuries for a roster already void of big-men, Louisiana Tech basically plays four guards and rotates in a couple forwards that average less than 4 ppg. While they’ve pulled a few miracles at home, their winless on the road and lost by double-digits at SJST a couple weeks ago. Tonight, they play in New Mexico and I expect the Spartan coaching staff to make sure to capitalize on their 3 frontcourt scorers that have all had huge games throughout the year. Throw-in their 2nd leading scorer that shot 1-8 from the field against the Bulldogs after averaging more than 15 ppg the previous four, and I expect the Spartans to easily march into the 2nd round of the WAC…Spartans by 9-13 points

She's a tease and likes $$$...that has to be a sign!
TORONTO RAPTORS @ LOS ANGELES LAKERS (teased to -8)
Coming off an embarrassing home-loss to the Kings, I expect Kobe, Pau, & Lamar to completely dominate the Bosh’less Raptors. Without a real go-to scoring option, Toronto has had to rely on ball-movement and long-range bombs in the victories against Miami & Seattle, but tonight, expect the Zenmaster to force the Raptors to put the ball on the floor and take shots out of their comfort zone. What can I say, gotta luv Kobe coming off a home-loss in the ever changing landscape in the West…Lakers by 13-17 points

The Lakers will make sure to look good for Hollywood!
CLEVELAND ST. VIKINGS (teased to +14) @ BUTLER BULLDOGS
The Vikings have utilized their athleticism to play the Bulldogs unbelievably tough this year in splitting their earlier match-ups, with the Bulldogs only winning at home by 5 a couple weeks ago. Butler has struggled all-season on the defensive boards, which does not bode will against a Cleveland St. squad that ranks 2nd in the Horizon League in offensive rebounding. While league MVP G Mike Green has been rock-solid for the Bulldogs all-year, his match-up against St. John’s transfer Cedric Jackson has been a struggle as the Vikings guard has outscored Green 34-18 and almost doubled him in assists. Throw-in the coolest name in the Horizon League in Cleveland St’s J’Nathon Bullock (Tourny averages: 18 ppg, 10 rpg) and I expect Butler to struggle to a single-digit victory tonight…Butler by 4-8 points
