She still can't believe that T-Bone went 1-2 yesterday, but she knows I have something special for her today.
2008 MLB RECORD: 21-16
Thankfully my Canadian friends to the north were able to pull something out for me yesterday, cause my Cubbies have put themselves in a tough place and the Yanks reminded me of yesteryear. So on to Sunday Funday we go, I don't know about you, but I'm having a tough time staying away from the Windy City for a third day in a row.....

When the wind provides results like this, I just think ya gotta keep cumin' back!!!
Chicago Cubs +130 @ Chicago White Sox
I'm not very happy to see that Marshall is still getting to hang out in a big league uni, and I am even less happy to see that he is going to be partially responsible for helping the north siders avoid a sweep. This pick comes down to three things in my mind, first, the Cubs are going to explode offensively against Buehrle who has mysteriously won 2 in a row and is bound to lose, second the Cubs win 2 of 3 against lefties, and third is for a personal reason. I've got 2 days worth of losses on the Cubs, so I am going to go with them every game until they get me back to even, and with 8 straight games on the road including today they should be the dog most of the time. Cubs win 8-5.

There are different variations of Twins, and I like these much better than the Minnesota version...
Milwaukee Brewers +134(-1.5runs) @ Minnesota Twins
Two words on the Brewers today.....Ben Sheets. The guy has been absolutely phenomenal this year and is battling against Slowey who has gotten 3 straight victories to bring his record up to a less than than impressive 4-6 record. Plus the series is split right now so neither team has concern about a sweep. Not much else to say other than I believe Ben is next to unstoppable at this point in the season. Brewers win 5-2.
